9月9日、マレーシア国営通信ベルナマによると、アヌワル首相は米国のドナルド・トランプ大統領が来月マレーシアを訪問し、第47回アセアン首脳会議に出席することを確認しました。トランプ大統領から直接電話があり、出席の意向が伝えられたということです。

On September 9, Malaysia’s state news agency Bernama reported that Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim confirmed that U.S. President Donald Trump will visit Malaysia next month to attend the 47th ASEAN Summit. Trump reportedly called directly to convey his intention to participate.

Chinese Premier Li Qiang is also scheduled to attend the summit, and Russian President Vladimir Putin is “seriously considering” a visit, the Prime Minister added.
